Gonzalo Pradillo

Gonzalo joined Astris in February 2021. Prior to that, he worked as an M&A analyst in Banco Santander in Frankfurt, active in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

At Banco Santander, he worked on several advisory mandates ranging from infrastructure and renewable energy tenders to bid processes and structuring of non-recourse debt financing.

Gonzalo started his career with General Electric where he worked as project manager of electrical substations.

Gonzalo graduated from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid with a MSc in Industrial Engineering. He is fluent in Spanish and English and conversational in German.

Fabian Hernández

Fabian Hernández joined Astris in April 2019. Before joining Astris, Fabian worked in Trade Finance and Global Transactional Services at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (since 2016) covering large multinational and Mexican corporates, including energy industry logos like Avanzia, Iberdrola and Engie among others.

 Fabian holds a BA in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and passed the CFA Level I Exam in June 2018. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Stanislas Buil

Stanislas joined Astris Finance in Mexico in September 2021. Prior to joining Astris, Stanislas spent a year and a half working for IVO Capital in Mexico, where he participated in the financing of Latin American projects and companies in the infrastructure and energy sectors via high yield bonds. Stanislas also interned at STOA Infra & Energy, where he worked on several PPP projects in Africa and Latin America, and at ECP, one of the leading private equity funds focused on Africa.  

Stanislas holds a Master in Management with a Major in Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Aaron Calvo

Aarón joined the Madrid office of Astris Finance in October 2022. Prior to that he worked in the Project Finance division of PwC, active in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors across Europe and LatAm.

 Aarón started his career in the renewable energy industry at Enerfín, the renewable subsidiary of Elecnor Group, as a financial analyst, primarily involved in wind energy transactions.

 Aarón holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Vigo and a master’s in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from IEB. He is fluent in Spanish and English and conversational in Portuguese and French.

Tuan Huynh

Tuan Huynh is an Associate at Ho Chi Minh office. Tuan joined Astris in August 2023. Prior to joining Astris, Tuan spent four years at PwC Vietnam's Deals Advisory where he worked on a range of M&A transactions across several industries, including the renewable energies sector, supporting clients based in the Southeast Asia region.

Tuan graduated from Villanova University with an M.Sc. in Finance from Villanova University. Tuan is fluent in Vietnamese and English.

Livia Murray

Livia joined Astris Finance in February 2022 at the Paris office, where she advises on renewable energy and infrastructure project finance transactions and M&A.

Prior to joining the Astris team Livia worked at CPCS, a Canadian infrastructure advisory firm, where she advised on renewable energy mandates for public and private-sector clients, carrying out financial modeling, economic cost-benefit analysis, and project development. She has also previously worked for a solar developer and a green infrastructure private equity fund.

Livia holds a master’s degree in Infrastructure Project Finance from École des Ponts and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. Livia is fluent in English and French.

Léa Malgras

Léa joined the Paris office of Astris in January 2022.

Prior to that, she was intern at Finergreen, working on M&A and project finance transactions in the renewable energy sector, particularly on solar and biomass projects. Léa also interned 6 months in Natixis as a corporate credit analyst and in Electricité de Strasbourg, working on the company's business plan.

Léa graduated as an engineer from Mines Nancy and holds a Master in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po. Léa is fluent in English and French.

Enoque Vilela

Enoque joined Astris in June 2020. Prior to Astris, he worked at BF Capital assisting in several M&A process in the infrastructure sector.

He also worked as a structured finance analyst at Fortesec, leading various real estate capital markets operations.

In 2017, he interned at Lincoln International and assisted the senior staff in many M&A transactions.

Enoque holds a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He is fluent in English and Portuguese.

Matias Molina

Matias joined Astris in July of 2022 as a Senior Analyst in the firm’s Washington D.C. office. Prior to Astris, Matias spent 2 years at Arup’s advisory services team based in New York working as a technical consultant.

 At Arup, Matias advised lenders, sponsors, and public authorities on global infrastructure projects, focusing on the transportation and energy sectors in North America. As a technical consultant, he took on a variety of roles including life-cycle cost estimator, quantitative risk modeler, and lender’s technical advisor.

 Matias participated in a dual degree program for his undergraduate studies. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Kai Dierksmeier

Kai joined Astris in October 2022 as Senior Analyst. Since joining the team, Kai worked on several financings and M&A mandates in the renewable energy sector across Europe.

Prior to joining Astris, Kai worked for PwC's ECA and Project Finance division in Hamburg. At PwC Kai worked on ECA non-recourse debt financings, carrying out financial modeling, risk analysis & structuring and coordinating the ECA process. 

Kai graduated from Tsinghua University's School of Civil Engineering with an M.Eng. and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Beijing Institute of Technology. Kai is fluent in German and English and conversational in Chinese.
