Ignacio Tuero

Ignacio joined Astris Finance in September 2024. Prior to that, he spent over three years in EY’s Project Finance team, providing financial advisory on infrastructure, renewable energy, PPPs, and project finance transactions across Europe, LATAM, and the US.

Before EY, Ignacio was part of the M&A and Business Development department at Planasa, a global agri-food operator acquired by Cinven in January 2018. Ignacio holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and a Master’s in Corporate Finance from Centro Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF). He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Tuan Huynh

Tuan Huynh is an Associate at Ho Chi Minh office. Tuan joined Astris in August 2023. Prior to joining Astris, Tuan spent four years at PwC Vietnam's Deals Advisory where he worked on a range of M&A transactions across several industries, including the renewable energies sector, supporting clients based in the Southeast Asia region.

Tuan graduated from Villanova University with an M.Sc. in Finance from Villanova University. Tuan is fluent in Vietnamese and English.

Livia Murray

Livia joined Astris Finance in February 2022 at the Paris office, where she advises on renewable energy and infrastructure project finance transactions and M&A.

Prior to joining the Astris team Livia worked at CPCS, a Canadian infrastructure advisory firm, where she advised on renewable energy mandates for public and private-sector clients, carrying out financial modeling, economic cost-benefit analysis, and project development. She has also previously worked for a solar developer and a green infrastructure private equity fund.

Livia holds a master’s degree in Infrastructure Project Finance from École des Ponts and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. Livia is fluent in English and French.

Léa Malgras

Léa joined the Paris office of Astris in January 2022.

Prior to that, she was intern at Finergreen, working on M&A and project finance transactions in the renewable energy sector, particularly on solar and biomass projects. Léa also interned 6 months in Natixis as a corporate credit analyst and in Electricité de Strasbourg, working on the company's business plan.

Léa graduated as an engineer from Mines Nancy and holds a Master in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po. Léa is fluent in English and French.

Enoque Vilela

Enoque joined Astris in June 2020. Prior to Astris, he worked at BF Capital assisting in several M&A process in the infrastructure sector.

He also worked as a structured finance analyst at Fortesec, leading various real estate capital markets operations.

In 2017, he interned at Lincoln International and assisted the senior staff in many M&A transactions.

Enoque holds a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He is fluent in English and Portuguese.

Kai Dierksmeier

Kai joined Astris in October 2022 as Senior Analyst. Since joining the team, Kai worked on several financings and M&A mandates in the renewable energy sector across Europe.

Prior to joining Astris, Kai worked for PwC's ECA and Project Finance division in Hamburg. At PwC Kai worked on ECA non-recourse debt financings, carrying out financial modeling, risk analysis & structuring and coordinating the ECA process. 

Kai graduated from Tsinghua University's School of Civil Engineering with an M.Eng. and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Beijing Institute of Technology. Kai is fluent in German and English and conversational in Chinese.

Audrey Moutia

Audrey joined the Paris office of Astris in October 2021. Prior to joining the team, Audrey joined GE Renewables in July 2019, based in Paris, where she performed a 2-year leadership program with 4 different assignments across the renewable energy, finance and healthcare sectors. She also interned in BNP Paribas as a project finance analyst with a focus on Metals and Mining deals, and in Akuo Energy, a French IPP.

Audrey holds a Master in Management and MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School. She is fluent in French, English and proficient in Spanish. Return to the team page.
