Astris has been retained by a leading French Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer to advise in connection with the senior debt refinancing of a 60 MWp solar PV portfolio in France.

It is contemplated that the portfolio will be refinanced by way of a non-recourse Project Finance debt provided by a syndicate of French and European Lenders.

Astris Finance is acting as Financial Advisor to the Sponsor to advise them in the structuring, negotiation, due diligence and documentation phases of the transaction
